Zurück in der #Speyside. Der Benromach 10 wird in Bourbon- & Sherry-Fässern gereift, dazu mit 12-14 ppm getorft. Süß in der Nase mit Orangen, dahinter etwas Rauch. Am Gaumen würzig und es finden sich noch Walnüsse und etwas Schokolade dazu.

I love this local place. We call it The Goat Hut, or Llama Land. It has CCTV of goats in their barn. And you can get a good coffee, or milk, bread, goat sausages, kombucha, wool...you name it...out of their automated spaces. It's useful and lovely.
