Stoneridge Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Results Stoneridge (NYSE: SRI) reported Q4 2025 sales of $205.2 million and full-year sales of $861.3 million. Q4 net loss was $(76.9) million including a pre-tax impairment of Control Devices assets of $(21.6) million and tax valuation allowances of $44.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA for 2025 was $25.0 million and adjusted free cash flow was $19.0 million. MirrorEye revenue grew 69% to $111 million in 2025.
