After pretty much a full day of talks around journal articles, @ovekahler of @BrillPublishing talks about text recognition in handwritten material such as really old letters and maps. And they seem to have cracked it 💪 #STMInnovations

Another cool startup in this session, @scholarcy, summarizing articles in seconds using AI/ML spitting out key concepts, tweetable snaps and highlights. Without a doubt a potential time saver in the submission process. #STMInnovations

Some BIG numbers from @scite, just wow... Over 300 mln citation elements from 13 mln journal articles citing 31 mln journal articles (hope I had this right 😵). Plus coming up author, journal and publisher profiles #STMInnovations
