Flood victims in Sabah continue to rise this morning KOTA KINABALU: The number of flood victims in Sabah has increased to 5,141 people from 2,160 families as of 8 am this morning compared to 4,761 people from 1,828 families yesterday. The State Disaster Management Committee Secretariat in a statement announced that all victims from four districts, namely Pitas, Kota Marudu, Paitan and Tawau, were placed in 27 temporary evacuation centres. Flood victims in Sarawak increase, Sabah remains the same as of this morning KUALA LUMPUR: The number of flood victims in Sarawak has increased again while in Sabah it has remained the same with a total of 952 people placed in temporary evacuation centres (PPS) as of this morning.
