Maine church says man bringing items to wife, newborn at hospital detained by ICE The Department of Homeland Security (DH) said last week ICE is targeting around 1,400 people in the state.

His wife is now alone in the hospital in Saco, ME with the newborn and the couple's three other children, ages 3, 6 and 11.
