I'm fine. slowly finding some help about 85 rejection/refusal to 15 support/aid. I have to work slowly in seeking aid and mostly rely on myself still bc refused aid becomes a #safetyissue that can put me in danger at this stage. Nearly recovered from the upswing but wise to lay low
