I read this last night, but now it looks like a cover-up.

A Chinese ship ran aground near #Sakhalin in eastern #Russia. First reports were that there is no hole, no pollution, no injuries.

But now a state of emergency has been declared.
The Ang Yang-2 is full of oil/fuels.
