The #SamuelBird disappearance is suspicious prompting concern from #Indigenous advocates, Grand Chief Greg Desjarlais, & Bird's family who are asking for a search & recovery effort. It’d allow access to more resources & personnel. Bird's mother says her son disappearing is deeply out of character.

Samuel Bird has been missing for over two months. It seems to be that the effort of the Edmonton Police Service has been lacking so far. I have heard from many people that the majority of the searching has been done by concerned community members, rather than EPS. Do better, EPS.
