I don’t respect giant gimmick sandwiches like this one, and trying to eat it at your seat in a ballpark is a recipe for disaster, but I at least appreciate that the ingredients make some sense together.
I give it a 7.6, but take off the short rib and it’d be a solid 8 breakfast burger. #SandwichSky
My best breakfast sandwich of 2026 so far, with Easter ham, perfect over medium eggs, and of course Muenster cheese, on lightly toasted Martin’s potato bread.

To give #SandwichSky a little behind the scenes look, I cook these by putting the ham directly on the skillet until it's bubbling, then crack the eggs, and then flip the eggs, put the cheese on top of each, and cover with the hot ham.
That way it's two levels of egg/cheese/ham in the final sandwich

Went to a gas station sandwich place today known for their Reubens and they have a middle slice of bread. Realized this bread is used to separate the meat from the kraut and sauce so the sandwich stays intact AND there’s Swiss on sides to keep it together. True sandwich innovation. #sandwichsky
