Just switched ISPs from one to the other. Customer retention is not an option here. I just sign a 2 year contract for each when a sale is offered. Then I switch back to the other next time. If you know some tricks for customer retention deals let me know.

Well, no #SaskTel landline until sometime Monday. Changeover to fibre optic went fine until back office/software issue; apparently they don't work evenings/weekends. Nobody told service tech.

I have a cell, others depend on land line - so this is unsafe.

Not very impressed @SaskTel After having #MaxTVStream for less than 2 years the remote quit working. New batteries did nothing. Returned it to the #SaskTel store only to find I had to pay $25 to get a new one 👎🤷‍♂️
