Nevra is currently very unwell and has not been able to use her phone for the past 5 days. She has been dealing with severe faecal impaction for 4 days, and we are awaiting guidance from her doctor. She is experiencing extreme reactions to mould, chemicals, and poor air quality, especially due to hotel renovations and recent thunderstorms due to climate change brought upon by w*rs in her region. Save Nevra - March update Nevra is struggling to breathe both indoors and outdoors and is relying heavily on a nebuliser (which may also need a new filter). Her current environment is unsafe... there is visible mould above her bed, but moving to the couch causes significant pain. She has likely not slept for 2 days, is in severe pain, and has lost more weight. She currently has no access to IV support. Nevra can only receive messages through her mother's phone at the moment. Save Nevra - January Update Unfortunately Nevra had deteriorated further into Very Severe M.E. recently. She is struggling severely to communicate and with cognitive processing. Nevra is going long periods without eating or drinking, including water. Including a recent 6 day stint without being able to eat. She is often in 10/10 of pain and is scared for her life. We thank everyone who has supported Nevra in the last month. Nevra is unable to stay on top of her own fundraising efforts, so support is needed more than ever from the community to ensure Nevra's survival. Unfortunately Nevra is too sick to provide us with exact goals this month so we are using last months numbers as a reference January goals: 1. $1316 USD/£986 for rent 2. $263 USD/$197 for care 3. $667 USD/£500 to pay back surgery loans

All the specialists agree she needs to be hospitalised for hydration at least, as well as repeated anaphylaxis, UTIs and tests. EpiPens are not available in Pakistan, and there is still a struggle for IV access due to swollen arms and legs. Nevra is also struggling severely with the dust and air pollution in Karachi. Nevra needs a longer term hospital stay. It is vital she remains able to financially sustain herself with access to food, accommodation & medical care, to avoid being taken back to DV.
