Plus there would be more accounting to especially for larger establishments, and it would cost them more because the rounding up would have to hold the rounding down to make everything total. Somebody is going to have to go through and check those numbers.

How to stump a teen (or maybe older). It was roll the change or have no spending money sometimes. I find this therapeutic and also to see every penny become a roll, rolls become dollars and before you know it you have $23.50, a wheat penny and a centennial quarter. #everypennycounts #savethepenny
