TIL that by default #Scaleway CPU instances (well, #Debian ones at least) have /tmp set up as a 2GB tmpfs partition. Which is probably fine until something like `pip` wants to stash more than 2GB-worth of downloads in it. 😬
Running my pip command with `export TMPDIR='/var/tmp';` prior to it.
