Scarc was just a cub when we rescued him and his family from a circus in Peru. Today he enjoys life with them in his ancestral home, where he has become the protector of his sister and mother, Mahla and Kiara.

Rescued by ADI in 2014 as just a cub from a circus in Peru, Scarc is now a full-grown lion dashing through the grasslands of his native Africa. He lives with mother Kiara and sister Mahla, in a sprawling 6-acre habitat at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary in South Africa. #Scarc
