Welcome back to #DeveshPrabhuVlogs channel! 👋 Today, I'm sharing something truly spine-chilling that happened very close to home. This isn't a video I filmed on a journey, but incredible and scary CCTV footage shared by a close friend of mine. 📼 It’s a stark reminder of how close we live to the wild here in Coimbatore city and its outskirts. 🏙️🌳 My friend and their family live in a beautiful house situated right near the forest boundary in Periyanaickenpalayam, a suburb of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Living so close to nature has its perks, but it also comes with its own set of heart-stopping moments. 💓 A few nights ago, while everyone was safely tucked inside, the motion sensors on their home security cameras were triggered in the dead of the #night. 🌑 What they saw on the monitor the next morning sent shivers down their spines. Entering their property, calm as you like, was a massive herd of three wild elephants! 🐘🐘🐘 The group consisted of two colossal adult elephants and one smaller, playful baby elephant. In this trending shorts video, you can see the raw #CCTVfootage of these majestic yet formidable giants roaming around the compound. They explore the surroundings with a sense of ownership that only true kings of the jungle possess. 👑 The sheer size of the adults in the dim night vision is absolutely terrifying and awe-inspiring at the same time. You can see them sniffing around, perhaps looking for food or water. 💧 It's a tense few minutes of footage. My friend told me that when they watched it, their hearts were in their mouths, just imagining what could have happened if someone had been outside or if the elephants had decided to get destructive. Thankfully, after their brief nocturnal inspection, the trio of #WildElephants peacefully headed back into the darkness of the #Periyanaickenpalayam forest. 🌲 Everyone in the house was incredibly relieved that nothing untoward happened and that the majestic visitors left without any damage. 😌
