New York City Comptroller Brad Lander arrested at an immigration court The incident followed a series of dramatic confrontations between immigration officials and Democrats opposing President Donald Trump's immigration policies.

For the #WWDITS fans -- the show used the Comptroller job for a laugh (there's one for all of NYC not Staten Island). So #SeanRinaldi would have been going for Brad Lander's job. Lander was tackled by ICE today while walking a defendant out of immigration court.

When I worked at (Canadian) polling stations, they didn't want us to wear clothes supporting a political party. So voting today, I wore the #WWDITS shirt my adopted brother gave me -- none of our parties chose black, and all are represented so I'm not picking favourites. #SeanRinaldi isn't running.
