A couple of reflective push pins found on a tree in a local forest. I've stopped at a few places I've found these and they seem to breadcrumb out into the woods. Maybe as part of geocaching?

Is there from some sort of super secret hiking club I'm just not aware of that places these on trails? I've seen them in at least 3 different local parks on different trees. They're easier to spot and follow at night as they're super reflective.
