Planted any month but mid January to mid February, they can be direct sown using my soil blocker and grow for the entire 12 month lifespan. They reach 2' and spread 1.5' in all directions.

Harvesting seeds from parts of orange Celosia plumrosa dwarf hybrid that didn't fall to the soil. The size of small poppy seeds, once flowers are fully crisp and dried, rubbing between fingers will separate then from flowers and stems.
