Next year will be the 20th anniversary of the video platform #Seesmic.
I'm still connected to so many of the friends I found there. And I remember fondly those no longer with us.
What a space, what a place.
Possibly the purest form of human first social video before the algorithms took hold.
I wonder how many of the 2007 #Seesmic crowd are on here?
Back in 2007 ..yup only 17 years ago it was all about asynchronous video chat. Granted, #Seesmic was way ahead of its time but there were enough of us to run with it & felt like we were making the strongest of connections. It's still my favourite era of the social web.
Great to catch up with @jjprojects after all these years. Remembering #Seesmic video and all the cool people who hung out there.
