This is a color photograph taken at the aquarium located inside the information building at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. It features 3 reflective silver foil like Lookdown fish in a biodiverse aquarium tank.

This is a color photograph of an original painting of 3 Lookdown fish inspired by attending John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park as part of a Florida residency and seeing the Lookdown fish at the aquarium. The painting is tilted to try and show the reflective qualities of the multiple layers of blue, purple, grey and silver paint used to recreate their Silver Foil like scales. The background is light and dark blue.

This color photograph shows all 4 acrylic paintings created as a set featuring views and experiences the artist had whilst in Key Largo and Islamorada Florida. The top left is a canal view late afternoon pre sunset, to it's right a sailboat, bottom left under the canal is the Lookdown fish painting described in previous images and finally the Manatee Family painting. Blues and Greens are the primary colors featured in each painting with the two above water including some white clouds in the sky.
