When you lose Stage 1 or 2 PvE rounds (minions/krugs), the missed components and orbs are redistributed across later stages.

This includes the bonus prismatic orb from Prismatic Pipeline, which could drop on Stage 3 OR 4 if you miss it on Stage 2.
