Their latest album Bad Vibes OST has helped me power through some crazy work shit the past 3 weeks and their live shows are cathartic.
Sexfaces live onstage at Union Stage on June 16, 2025, from left to right onstage playing their song “Special/Lame (Pick as You See Fit)” — Hana on electric Viola, Sal Go on geetar and vocals, Jacky on vocals and a mini drum kit, and Fiona, the band’s personal therapist, on bass. On the right of the stage, next to Fiona, is none other than the vocalist from DC’s Clear Channel, Awad. Jacky proclaimed that Clear Channel is one of the best DC Punk Rock bands to exist, and Jacky’s not wrong. Awad is on the far right end of the stage, showing off why every punk in DC knows that Awad possesses the most beautiful booty in all of DC Punk Land. Awad shook that rump at the crowd for a full two minutes and 53 seconds as SEXFACES wailed out the lyrics of Special/Lame, and somehow, amazingly, Fiona was able to avoid making eye contact with the spectacle just to the left of her (proof on Insta). Their latest album Bad Vibes OST has helped me power through some crazy work shit the past 3 weeks and their live shows are cathartic.
