Unlike many “trans activists” I believe that #SexMatters and #SexIsReal and because of that it is necessary to stress that you can change your sex and these statements are not mutually exclusive

I tried really hard to engage with someone about sex being a material reality. They descended into ad hominem really quickly particularly aimed at my intellect and lack of recent qualifications ( that was a biggie for them) so I gave them access and asked for reciprocation :
