I felt so much pain I thought the baby would break my spine and kill me.. It felt weirdly soothing telling him that. His expression was calm and he lightly nodded at her, seemingly encouraging her to continue. - I.. I know the births are supposed to hurt.. I'm a woman and.. and - her voice broke a little with each word - we bring the babies to this world, bearing them with excruciating pain and..
His touch interrupted her. - No, my love.. - he ran his thumb through her cheek, making her hold her breath in awe - I had no idea it.. Primals births are not supposed to hurt at all.. Hearing it from him made her blush and smile a little. Somehow relieved too. - You must have been really scared and stressed my love.. And you should have told me.. His voice was so gentle and warm, soothing in a way. She lightly nodded at his words. - And about the kicks.. His expression changed for a moment. - Maybe the baby wanted to kick his stupid dad for making mama worry so much - he giggled as Shady felt her muscles relax. It was so nice to laugh with him, like something changed between them. - I'm sorry my love.. Please tell me next time.. - he leaned in to kiss her neck as she softly sighed and dug her nails in his arms. - Ahh.. There's one more thing.. Umbrios pulled away with a gentle smile and caressed her head with his palm. - It's cold in your.. home..
He looked at her surprised, then snapped his finger and the warmth filled her body. - You should have told me about that too - he whispered, taking her hand and going over her fingers, one by one, kissing and lightly biting them. Her skin reacted to his as she softly sighed. He knew all her weak spots exactly. - Just how strong are you? - she asked, genuinely curious and her gaze met his. And for a moment she thought she could get lost in his eyes again. Being so close to him used to make her totally uncomfortable but now..? She yearned for it. - As strong as you want me to be. His lips devoured her neck, biting and sucking in on her skin, obsessively going over it. She loved it, her body loved it, her head loved it. It felt like the whole world spiraled when he touched her neck, truly baring her in front of him. And best part of it all? He knew it drove her crazy. She saw it in his eyes.
