At #AsilomarChromatin yesterday, #ShahirMorcos #UniversityofToronto #SickKids shared BioID analysis of BLBS #Histone H3.3 mutants showed altered interactions with PWWP-domain containing proteins that normally bind di/tri methylated H3K36. Could this be due to deregulation of methyltransferase?
