Final thoughts on #Shiboyugi! It's actually good. The fact this show has taken a more stylistic, interpretive approach in its adaptation honesty made this "death game" series stand out more than if they were more faithful.
It just gave a more oppressive, cloudy feel of this deranged world! 😱

15) At this peak, I would've given the anime a 8.5, and at its lowest it felt like a 7.5 for me, so I'm happy to give this anime a final score of an 8. This was a great anime and I hope it gets a s2. I actually want to pick up the light novel and reread it from the beginning.

6) I think for a lot of people, they couldn't grasp the idea of how Shiboyugi isn't a narrative with experimental positions of exposition, the entire season is a recap of some of the death games that yuki went through. This anime is a recap story.

4)But on the final episode. This was a solid final episode. While it is an earlier death game compared to the last couple of arcs, the impact was still solid. Seeing yuki having to push her limits and avenge Hakushi was enjoyable, and while the fight was very short, it was effective.
