The man, Chiko, is coming to join the table and sit beside his friend. He's wearing his usual button-up as it was meant to be rather than a cape, a cold brew in hand, as he hands his friend a drink. He looks confused, a bit shaken, by the immediate glare he is receiving from Liv. His friend, Shihoka, is a woman sitting beside him in a lolita inspired outfit. She is telling a story that has Hazel enraptured.
