Yesterday I completed the Shine Night Walk for CRUK. What a brilliant night!
Magical seeing London lit up - Big Ben shining, London Eye painted pink. The real journey was months of training, finding my sustainable pace. What feels slow at first ends up being fast in the long run!

Preparing the dedication card has been very emotional as includes the names of warriors, survivors and unfortunately the heartbreakingly lost 💙 It’s my priviledge to carry all of their names with me when I walk 21km tonight.

That’s enough to help test new #cancer treatments. For the past few weeks, I’ve been training hard: Zumba, pilates, HIIT, toning, running, all to prepare for the #ShineNightWalk #halfmarathon tomorrow.
