A reasonably good size breaking wave at Shore Acres, Oregon. This area is known to photographers for large breaking waves, especially in winter or high wave events. This is the most common view, and you can find images of much larger waves than this, but this was one of the better ones when I visited a few days ago.
This is the "classic" Shore Acres wave shot taken a few days ago. During winter or high wave events, this rock formations creates huge waves, often much bigger than this.
