The first appearance of She-Hulk and indeed, you can tell it is Stan Lee telling a very perfunctory (but my no means bad) story so Marvel would have the rights to a She-Hulk (in case the Incredible Hulk show introduced a female version, a la the Bionic Woman to Million Dollar Man)
