Railway station sign reading "Shrewsbury" in a standard Transport for Wales style of black text on white background with a red stripe at top. Manufactured from flat metal sheet, the sign is visibly bent and distorted in two places due to being mounted on a beam that has protruding bolts - one of these is just visible on the right edge. A grubby plastic water pipe covers the top edge of the sign. Decorative plastic screw covers are in place but not fitted correctly, leaving visible screws.

Should have been mounted on frames like the old signs.
