Potentially relevant data: my mom seem seems most likely to freeze up (time passes but her animation appears stuck), while caring for her infant son. #Sims4Bugs

So far the only things that get them unstuck are going to manage worlds then returning to game and/or placing furniture on top of my sims in build/buy mode, forcing them to move. #Sims4Bugs

After seeing and experiencing issues with retail lots (Get to Work) after the big update, I've now tested on a save that's updated and has no CC or mods, and uses DX11.
Everything seems fine on that front, looks like the small patch they did also fixed Vet practices.

#Sims4Bugs So far there seem issues with small business build on former residential rental lots:

showing sims sort by the clutter kit, only 11 items and it schould be 30

so everyday clutter have a bug with showing items.
