Mayor Seasell, or Skitter Seasell, a sort of fish goblin that takes traits from manta rays into his design. He is a living mood ring and his colors will shift depending on his mood. Typically in public he can control himself to be neutral, but when he is comfortable he can be more vibrant with his colors.

A goblin like man with manta ray features. His ears are the fins of a ray and he has a tail with a barb at the end of it. He wears a teal and orange suit with a nautilus shell pin.

The mayor of the Abyssal, Skitter Seasell. He owns a massive city state that is atop an even bigger manta ray named Abyssal. He is a Kemoblin, a species of goblin I created that is basically goblins+werebeasts. In this case, wereray.
