Anyhow, it’s edible. As much as I don’t want to, I need to push the red meat, and get my B12 and ferritin levels up. I’m taking 1000mcg of B12 a day now, and my level is not much above minimum.
Fucking Metformin is rinsing it. I wonder if my levels have always been on the low side?
