Reworking the trees to be more toony and less of an overstimulating assault on the senses. Also brought back the skybox gradient (borrowed from the opening story scene!) and washed out the dirt texture to be a little more uniform. Grass around bushes now hangs over waterside edges, too

then woke up and got... a weird amount done on #SlimeForest, actually. I've finally started setting things up to add the secondary scoring! Very exciting. But first, I had to overhaul the puzzle mode UI handling

Getting somewhere with #SlimeForest and the GODOT dialogue manager plugin! Got a good chunk of the introductory scene written out and some basic animation calls and all that. Very nice!

finally played with GODOT's custom Resources for passing board data out from my manager class. Bit by bit, #SlimeForest gets its end screen together...!
absolutely have not been in a drawing mood the last few days, but on the upside I've now set up most of the baseline UI for #SlimeForest 's finished game over screen!
(Literally nothing on here actually works atm, but hey! It's there now. So many placeholders but it's there lol)

UI work is not the most glamorous or fun to show off, but I have at long last gotten myself to sit down and make a manager that lets you access and navigate the profile UI from the title screen like a real video'd game or what have you
