Cut view of the loaf, showing a nice, fairly even mix of small to medium sized holes, the biggest about the size of my fingertip. In the background, there are little brown specks all over the cutting board - those beautiful crust blisters exploded everywhere when I cut the bread.

3. Crumb looks great, so no major issues with the fermentation

4. THE EATING! Super crackly crust, light and chewy inside, nice deep flavor and just enough tang. (Thanks, fancy La Farm flours!)

All in all, a perfectly imperfect loaf, and I'm thrilled.
