(사진=써브라임) 이번 포토북에는 무언가를 보여주기 위해 연출한 장면이 아니라, 아무도 보지 않아도 괜찮았던 시간들을 천천히 담아낸 사진들이 담겼다. 완성된 결과보다 변화해가는 과정에 가까운 정예인의 모습들을 포착해, 팬들이 그동안 쉽게 볼 수 없었던 일상의 표정을 엿보게 한다. 작업이 겨냥하는 정서는 제목처럼 ‘속도를 늦춘 순간’이다. 빠름이 당연해진 하루 속에서 일부러 걸음을 늦추고, 흘러가는 감정에 굳이 이름을 붙이지 않아도 괜찮다는 메시지를 조용한 여운의 방식으로 전하려는 시도가 깔려 있다. 구성 면에서 포토북은 약 80페이지 분량으로 채워진다. 사진뿐 아니라 정예인의 개인적인 메시지와 각 순간을 둘러싼 기록이 함께 실려, 이미지와 텍스트를 함께 따라가며 그의 생각과 일상을 읽어볼 수 있도록 했다. 부가 구성도 마련됐다. 포토북과 함께 포토카드, 스페셜 포토카드, 북마크 등이 포함돼 있어 페이지를 넘기는 경험에 수집 요소를 더했다. 팬들은 한 권의 책과 여러 인쇄물을 통해 서로 다른 형식으로 정예인의 시간을 소장할 수 있다. 정예인은 온·오프라인 활동을 연결하며 2월 내내 팬들과의 접점을 이어간다. 포토북 작업과 더불어 단독 공연과 팬사인회 일정을 연달아 배치해, 사진과 글, 무대, 대면 소통까지 한 달 동안 다양한 형식의 만남을 준비했다. 무대에서는 단독 공연 ‘숲세권 라이브 : 정예인 단독 공연 〈카렌듈라(Calendula)〉’가 예정돼 있다. 이 공연은 2월 14일 오후 6시 서울 영등포구 숲세권 라이브에서 열리며, 정예인이 포토북 밖에서 보여줄 현재의 음악과 무대를 직접 만날 수 있는 자리다. 대면 소통의 장은 팬사인회에서 이어진다. 정예인은 2월 28일 팬사인회를 진행해 포토북과 2월 활동을 함께 마무리하는 자리를 갖는다. 포토북에 담긴 기록과 공연에서의 시간 이후, 팬들과 직접 마주 앉아 이야기를 나누는 일정이 이어지는 셈이다. 포토북을 손에 넣을 수 있는 경로도 이미 열렸다. ‘느린, 순간(Slow Moment)’은 2월 23일 정식 발매를 앞두고 있으며, 지난 9일 오후 3시부터 예스24, 알라딘, 미디어신나라, 케이타운포유, 네모즈샵 등을 통해 예약 판매가 진행 중이다.
