Tax breaks for wealthy landlords outstripped all other social housing spend combined around the nation. We’re subsidising the wealthy - tax welfare whilst we wait for that ‘trickle down’ to kick in!

But the good thing is my rental property has a split system air-conditioner. Oh no - the bad thing is it doesn't work anymore and the lease said it wasn't included, if it broke down it won't be fixed.
