Number 6 of my #Top25Albums90s goes to an album and band I feel has been forgotten through the years. #Everclear’s #SoMuchForTheAfterglow is a great album that the singles just don’t do it justice. “Sunflowers” and “Why I don’t Believe in God” give this album a boost.

Just ran into a high school kid on a #kcmetro bus listening to #Everclear ‘s album #SoMuchForTheAfterglow (1997). He’d have been born in, like, ‘08 or ‘10.
He saw me 👀 so I said, “I love that album! How’d you hear about it?” And ofc the answer was: his dad (whose age I must be) 😅😭
