After 🇵🇷 Ramón Chávez made the Naves look stupid on Opening Day, the Naves returned the favor at the ☀️ #SolesLUQ home park, hanging five runs on him, courtesy of not 1 or 2 but 3 🇨🇺 Salmerón doubles and a 🇲🇽 Frank del Castillo two-run triple.

A square slide for Game 2 of the Primaverales, the Navegadores de Naguabo vs. the Soles de Luquillo. The Soles shut the Naves out 3-0, with 9 hits to Naguabo's 8 and an error to Naguabo's zero. The slide is adorned by half a face of RHP Redmond Brier, who entered the eighth inning with the bases loaded and promptly stranded them on his first pitch.
1905/02/21:
The 🧭 #NavegadoresNAG continued their kindness by allowing the 🌞 #SolesLUQ to beat them fairly handily, despite 🇵🇷 DH Benji Valdez and 🇵🇷 LF/2B/CF Vidal Santiago putting up a couple hits apiece that went completely unfollowed by their teammates.

Julio Rubio of the ☀️ #SolesLUQ hits his 30th home run of the year with 16 games left to play.
That puts him in second in Liga Betances, but more importantly, makes him the first Puerto Rican player in history to hit 30 home runs in a season.
04/13/1904:
Just one day later, the 🛡️ #EjemplaresDOR get their first win of the season—6-3 over the ☀️ #SolesLUQ.
The same day, the 🪶 #GolondrinasSGR beat the 🍌 #MofonguerosCOR: fittingly, also 6-3.
There is now *one* lossless team: the 6-0 🧭 #NavegadoresNAG.
