The Reid Kempe Memorial Race 2025 was a truly special day at Somersfield Academy. Students and staff from all grades came together to honour the life of Reid Kempe—teacher, Olympic sailor, poet, and advocate for Bermuda’s environment. The event, now a whole-school tradition, reflected the values Reid held dear. Despite the rain, the race was a celebration of resilience, school spirit, and the impact Reid continues to have on our community.
