I wake up and toss my hair into a messy ponytail. “Wake up, whore.” My bitch of a stepmom called. “Get your ass downstairs!” I give one last look to my poster of my favorite band, the Greil Mercenaries, and walk downstairs. My stepmom is drinking crack again, but to my surprise, there’s another man. “I’m selling you for crack money,” She says, delirious with pleasure. “This is your new owner.” I see she has one gold piece in her hands. Crazy crack addict. She couldn’t even bargain for two. The man mysteriously looks at me and raises his eyebrow. “I’m going to be teaching you… magic.”
