Check out #SpinRite too while you're there. I've been using that tool for decades, and it has saved me from losing a lot of data.

I tried running #spinrite via #jetkvm, and then tried to run it via a physical thumb drive. Neither seems to work. I guess the next step is to pull the drives and scan them on a second, older PC? 🤷‍♂️

I spent $90 on a copy of #spinrite from @steve, hoping that I could mount the ISO using @jet's virtual optical disc mounting thing. It didn't seem to want to boot to the ISO, so I might need to figure out how to burn that to a thumb drive.

I think this hard drive has a problem. #Spinrite has been running for more than 24 hours. I hope it's done by next Thursday because I have a podcast to record and this is running on my Skype box.
