A poem with a purple border background skeletons and bones around it. The poem is titled Bathing in the Void and reads: i joy ride in a plum hearse hugging forested winding roads i kiki with the skeletons in my closet during racuous wildflower vigils i burn the midnight oil with mummified priestesses in gothic firefly cathedrals i have always been drawn to the morbid i have gleefully engaged in playful malice the darkness has always whispered my name from the tombs encouraging me to whet my lips with a poisoned chalice nightly i am caressed by flirty shadows famished ghouls tickle my obsidian edges while i lounge on a gossamer bed of tarantula silk black panthers prowl my wicked castle while apparitions soiree in my basement i relish bathing in the void my serenity is found in the blackest places

Halloween themed poem about how much I love and embrace dark and spooky vibes all year round. I've always loved skeletons, spiders & dead things. It really is just who I am.

Fun fact: I'm a licensed funeral director and embalmer.
