First panel is a Adora laughing, basically what Catra is watching/staring at. Second panel, Adora stops laughing and sighs, the conversation from others continue without it her. In the third panel, Adora glances over to Catra and they catch each other looking at each other. Both wide eyes. Adora had no business looking over to Catra, only to see what she was doing all far away from her at the table. Adora silently mourns this.
First panel, Catra aggressively turns away, shame in getting caught in one of her pining moments. She aggressively sips her drink. While thinking hide, over and over. Second panel is Adora surprised that Catra she caught Catra staring at her and not following the conversation at all. Adora heart skips a beat. The third and fourth panel is of Adora and Catra looking away from each other, flustered. Adora picks up her mug in her hand and Catra keeps sipping her drink. Catra has her hand blocking her face to hide from her embarrassment. They can’t help it though, they both think at the same “She looked at me.” Both of them seeing a glimpse of want in each other for a moment. Both are hopeless.
