Ok see this white jelly #Tremella fuciformis fungi, it has just monstered a #Annulohypoxylon species fungi that was eating the log. Anyway if you look close you will notice black hairs. Thats #Sporothrix epigloea, a fungi growing out of the white jelly fungi. Law of the jungle. Everything is food.

🔬 Genotyping Sporothrix during epidemics: Which method works best? Our study evaluates DNA sequencing, RAPD, AFLP, and SSR to track the spread of Sporothrix in outbreaks. While DNA sequencing and RAPD are useful for species identification, AFLP and SSR provide the highest resolution for fine-scale population studies.
