Actually my (c)attitudes are #SportIstMord #SportIsMurder and #NoSports, but the osteoporosis gyms already increased by bone density for about 20 %, compared with other women of my age, from about 60 % to about 80 %. So on, let´s go do them again...

First #run after finishing #C25k. I'm still far from 5k, but I can manage 30 min, which is like a miracle, after getting started from less than zero due to my dysthemia. 💫
Today, I managed pacing under 10min. for the very first time. Yay!
