Noon is midday, i.e. when the Sun crosses the middle of the sky. Clocks can say what they want, and they'll be wrong when they get out of alignment with that just to fudge timekeeping for nonsense reasons in the most absurd and chaotic way. #AbolishDST #StandardTimeOnly
