Last month’s #StarTrekAdventures2E session was canceled due to conflicts. This weekend is the maiden voyage of the USS Kitty Hawk and her nearly ranked crew. So I’m plotting anew and watching American Utopia (Lee and Byrne team up)! Last game the pilot so this one sets the tone of the “show”.

I'm debating incorporating Challenge Dice in our #StarTrekAdventures2E campaign. The concept of them resonates with me more than the lack of them. I've not run 1E and only one session of 2E so far, but it "feels" like they're missing. What are your thoughts on folks who have run both editions?

The next #StarTrekAdventures2E game the players have their own ship, USS Kitty Hawk, and start their five year mission. I love a good map! So I’m crafting some plot hooks but leaving it open to where ever they decide to Boldy Go.

It’s show time! The table is set for #StarTrekAdventures2E session 1! aka, the pilot. We've got four about ship and one in a shuttle (virtual)!

This morning’s books and brews is #StarTrekAdventures2E prep before Saturday’s game. This will be my first time running Star Trek as folks always want me to run Star Wars or Shadowrun.

I’m watching the best #StarTrek show, #DeepSpaceNine getting more into the vibe before writing the kickoff #StarTrekAdventures2E session next month. The game is set around #StrangeNewWorlds and that’s up next!

Running six campaigns means bouncing from prep to prep when I have a moment. This morning is #StarTrekAdventures2E and picking back up on which ship. I like the fact the GM Toolkit has more ship frames!

All this #StarTrekAdventures2E prep inspired me to pull out some of my other Trek gaming stuff. I've got some old board games, more #TTRPGs, maps, and minis floating around. I love a good prop.
