I l'm watching s05e16 of #StarTrel #DS9, and while looking up trivia about it (as you do), I read that Brian George, the actor who played Julian's dad was only 13 years older than Alexander Siddig. That puts me in mind of John Mahoney being only around 15 years older than Kelsey Grammer on #Frasier.

For all my #StarTrel friends: I scored the Generations and First Contact soundtracks on vinyl out of Germany. Thrilled to have them for my Trek soundtrack collection. I need Trek 6, which was only available in Brazil in 1991 and goes for an arm and a leg.

A photo of the three fanzines under consideration for my next blog post. On the left is "From the Files of Star Fleet Command" alledgedly by Admiral Nogura from ST:TMP. It consists of technical info and status updates on the Constitution-class starship refit program. From 1980. In the middle is the "Star Fleet Ship Recognition Manual," consisting of info on how to ID Star Fleet and alien starships. Date unknown. On the right is the ST:TMP "Star Fleet Technical Manual," obviously inspired by Franz Joseph's version from the 1970s. In fact, this was probably intended as an update to Joseph's, incorporating new info from ST:TMP. Date unknown.
My next ansonisms.com post will be about another one of my Star Trek in-universe fanzines. I've narrowed the choice down to one of these three (more info in alt text).
